FULL THROTTLE CAR SHOW

This application is for the Full Throttle Car Show, Vendor Expo and Drag racing event on October 18, 2025 at Wichita Raceway Park.

Each booth rental is $50 and will reserve a 10x10 spot.

Multiple spots can be rented.

We will only accept a limited amount of vendors, and only accept a single vendor of each type. (one taco truck, one cup boutique, etc.)

We have room for 25-30 Vendors and will be accepted on a

first come, first save basis.

Once the application is accepted, you will receive an email with payment instructions.

Once payment is received, you will receive a second email with a map to choose your spot.

This event will go on "rain or shine".. No refund of a booth fee will be given if weather, or unforeseen circumstances keep you from attending.

I understand this is an APPLICATION to be a vendor.

If accepted, I will receive an email from Wichita Raceway Park.

Once I receive the email, I agree to pay the booth rental fee.

Once payment is made, I will receive a 2nd email and choose my vendor booth spot.

I understand that if the weather is bad, this event will go on. I won't receive a refund of my booth fee if I choose not to attend.

I understand that my booth must be 100% self sufficient. I must provide my own power, water & equipment. WRP will not provide anything for my booth.
